Thomas Conway, CEO

Thomas Conway, Founder, launched Qualcon Real Estate in 2019.  Thomas is an innovative, efficient and focused real estate professional.  Mr. Conway's career has organically evolved over the last decade representing institutional real estate groups in a third party capacity to syndicating various investment opportunities in emerging markets throughout South East Florida. Mr. Conway’s latest venture, Qualcon Real Estate is a vertically integrated development and investment firm.

During his career, he evolved as a successful broker to become a developer, property manager and investor with a keen ability to create value through entitlements and identifying emerging market trends.

Thomas Conway has been the driving force behind a number of creative adaptive reuse projects including ebb & flow shopping destination, The Citadel co-working, MADE at the Citadel (food hall and performance venue), and the US Headquarters for TheVentureCity in Little Havana.

Kevin J. Levine, Principal

Kevin J. Levine, Co-Founder of Qualcon Real Estate has also been at the firm Petra Capital Management for over 13 years. Mr. Levine is involved with the commercial real estate investment activities including the sourcing, pricing, originating and closing of all types of real estate debt and equity across all asset classes in both the United States and internationally. Mr. Levine has managed and currently manages numerous securitizations consisting of over $2.5 billion of real estate related assets. In addition, Mr. Levine has been involved with the negotiation of workouts, restructurings, forbearances and foreclosures of numerous debt positions and has been instrumental in the asset management of many major real estate assets owned by Qualcon Real Estate and Petra. Mr. Levine has been involved in real estate for most of his life, assisting in the management and development of hospitality and multifamily properties while growing up in Miami, FL. He graduated with honors from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
